My Therapeutic Approach

I take a personalized and holistic approach to therapy. My focus is on building up your strengths while helping you to gain insight in to how your past behaviors and routines continue to shape your life today.

 

My focus is on providing individual and family therapy specializing in men's issues, ADHD, grief and loss, and life transitions. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions. I am dedicated to helping clients achieve mental wellness and develop effective coping strategies. I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of my clients and empowering them to overcome challenges. My approach is driven by empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices. I am passionate about supporting my clients on their journey towards healing and personal growth.

Why I care:

Men play a special role in our society -leaders, "fixers", providers - but are very rarely allowed to explore their individuality or emotionality. The goal in therapy is to help you get to know you!

 

Men have special concerns: from improving communication, regaining intimacy with your partner, who you are as a person, or even stress from work; it's important to be in a non-judgmental space to be heard and seen. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate through life's challenges and find a sense of peace and fulfillment. I believe in the power of therapy to bring about positive changes and offer a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. We will work together to help you navigate life and become a more healthy version of you!
